TSC installs and supports email solutions for both onsite and offsite facilities. We offer a menu of product and service opportunities for the service supplier that ranges from turnkey onsite systems under the operators complete control to turnkey systems completely supported and managed offsite with virtually no involvement or responsibility necessary. There are partial solutions with various options for filtering without mail management also available. Pricing options are available from rental to full ownership. In all circumstances the owner/operator retains control of all options available including those controlling the domains and those made available to the subscribers.

Vircom ModusMail™ and Vircom ModusGate™ email systems are deployed exclusively. These proprietary systems are consistent award winners for SPAM/Phish filtering quality, anti-virus protection, customer flexibility, and throughput performance. The systems operate on the well known MicroSoft Windows operating systems and are economically scalable from 1,000 to 100,000 mailboxes. The database is ODBC compatible and can be interfaced to other compatible billing and customer support systems. TSC has installed and maintains over 100,000 mailboxes in the rural service supplier industry and has excellent references.

Pricing and service options can be mixed by selecting one from each category.
Price Options

Pricing Option Purchase: The Vircom software system can be purchased on 1, 2 and 3 year licenses owned by the service supplier.
Pricing Option Lease: The Vircom software system can be leased on 1, 2 and 3 year licenses on a non cancelable monthly payment plan. The hardware and operating system may be included in the same lease.
Pricing Option Rental: The Vircom software system can be rented from TSC on 90 day cancelable notice. The hardware and operating system must be purchased or leased.

Service Option On Site: The service supplier is the turnkey owner/operator provides all system, customer, and domain level support with escalated support available from TSC and/or Vircom.
Service Option Off Site Filtering: The service supplier provides all system, customer, and domain level mailbox support and off site filtering is maintained by TSC.
Service Option Turnkey Offsite: All service, support, maintenance and upgrades are performed by TSC. The service supplier controls the domains and customer options via web interfaces.

In any combination chosen, the service supplier controls the system and domain options and the subscribers have access to the mailbox options allowed by the service supplier. Using any of these combinations, the service supplier can choose solutions fitting its unique requirements.

TSC provides a very cost effective solution for managing IP address with a highly unique utility called DHCPatriot from First Network Group. This utility allows Service Providers the ability to know what subscriber has used any given IP address by knowing the subscribers MAC address.
